I am going to be awesome, and steal Erie's idea and introduce my larrrgggeeeee family.
Parents: What can I say? Parental unit is the parental unit is the parental unit. DUUUUHHH, I must say though, my favorite thing about them is when they fight. "O_o" I know, weird, right? Here is a clip of what I'm talking about....
Dad: Darn printer.
Mom: Just keep using the same sheet till you get through then you can print what you want.
(side note: our printer sucks)
Dad: Oh be quiet, woman
*laughter on both sides*
Mom: Don't try to cancel it! You don't know how!!! *laughter*
Dad: Be quiet, woman!
*laughter some more from both sides*
Mom: *while laughing* Don't try to print it again! You can just print the one page you missed.
Dad: Be quiet! I know what I'm doing! *more laughter*
Mom: See? You didn't listen to me! Now you are waisting more paper!*laughter*
Dad: BE QUIET, WOMAN!
Mom: Told you so. *shakes head, disappointedly*
*more laughter*
....and so on and so forth. Basically, there fights are full of laughter, mostly. All I can say is, I hope when I'm married, we are like that.
Next in line is Katie, my one and only sister. She bes 10 years, and one day older then me. (do the math! She's 25!). She's....The good one of the family. Rather perfect. I love her dearly, because we are the only girls of the family. She is the funny one of the family. I don't know HOW she does it but she ALWAYS makes everybody laugh. Married with one kid, Jonah who is ADORIBLE. He's 3. Cutest darn thing you'll ever meet. She lives in Michigan and I only get to see her about once a year (*sobsniffle*)
Then there is Kristin, a BROTHER, tyvm. Kris is...23 almost 24, I do believe. He's the lazy snowboarder of the family. I mean, he has always been the more rebellious of the family, though not going overboard. He has the worst temper of us all, but he's really been working on that. He is rather hard to explain but, suddenly, he got this crazy job from a family friend and he now gets to travel around EVERYWHERE (and make a ton of money while he's at it). He has gone to Switzerland (which will kinda be his home base, because that is where the family friend lives), but he is currently residing in Ecuador.
Now there is Neal. Neal is 22. He is the hard working one. Hates to give up, never fails. He can be rather crude, in my opinion, at times, but he is definitely one of my favorite brothers. His personality is just really nice, and he is always willing to help me out or do something for me. Neal lives in Portland as an electrician apprentice (and one of the best there, too) and he comes back on the weekends to spend time with da fam. He likes guns, hunting, and girls.
Aaaand now Seth. Seth is a few weeks away from being 19. He's the irresponsible one of the family. Never has money, always off in his own little world, never bothers to do his homework but he's the social one. The cool one. Always wearing designer clothing (hmm, so THAT'S where his money goes), friends with all the cool people, everybody knows him and loves him cause he's a good suck up to just about everybody. He can take candy from a kid with just a flash of his smile and a friendly "hello". Just the other week, he somehow got MY violin that I paid for with ALL my money, away from me. I'm still mystified as to how he did it. "Lyss, I promise as soon as I get another violin I'll give it back. I'll even buy strings for it, okay? Okay. Thanks!" ......I'll never see it again, will I? Nope, probably not. Ohhh, riiight, I forgot to mention, he is the musical genius....sigh....
Of course, then there is me, the angelical, loving, beautiful, sister that everybody loves the most in this family, that everyone bows down to and yells "long live darling Alyssa!" every time I enter a room.boy
.....that'll be the day...
Then there is Sam. 8 years and think he is ready for the wide world! His current love is tractors, mowing the lawn, painting the house, fixing cars (no, seriously, he and Pete changed the oil on a car just a few weeks ago), doing everything dad's doing (aka, dad's shadow), and GETTING IN TO SO MUCH TROUBLE ALL THE TIME. He's an awesome kid, just about as boyish as it comes. Really hard worker and wants to be just like daddy. He gets kinda annoying though, just how grown up he tries to be. He wonders why he's not allowed on the computer, or making a fire in the morning, or drive or do anything I do and I'll be like "SAM, you're only 8!!!" Even still, he thinks he is the man of the family.
Ahhhh Peter. He's 6. The baby of the family. He's the cuddliest, squishiest, huggiest, sensitivest kid you'll ever meet. He's like a live teddy bear! Ya just want to SQUOOOOOOSH him. You sit down and he sits down on your lap and curls up. He'll randomly just run up to me and give me a BIG bear hug. His newest thing is he is my "tail" and he'll come up behind me and wrap his arms around my waist and yell "I'M YOUR TAIL!" and squeeeeeeze. His interests include being big and tough like Sam and trying to do everything that Sam does. Of course, it doesn't always work....He's just so sensitive! Really, when he gets into trouble, it's not that he is spoiled, it's that he is seriously broken hearted and REALLY sorry. He just cries so easily. And it's NOT spoiledness, he is just broken hearted. The worst thing that can hurt him is not doing the EXACT same thing Sam is.
....danget, if he was not my brother and about 10 years older, I'd marry him. Alas, he is my brother and only 6 so I wont. :P
Well, anyway, I hope you enjoyed the overview of my family in a nutshell.
Advice? My family is insane, bewere.
(someone once told me that we should change our last name to 'Regen-team'
Yeah, that's how cool we are 8)

Myss Lyss has died today from overdose of, what doctors are sure, school prescribed by mother. She is survived by cruel taskmasters, her very dear goat Lily, her childhood stuffed animal Lion (which, btw is *gasp* a lion!), her superhero sidekicks (jumping junipers, batman! she just called them sideskicks!), and various sobbing ISLASers. Her funeral will be every day of the week. Her lawer is still trying to read through her will but, he says, she had inharited her fathers bad handwriting.
Her dying wish was "harsher punishment for parole violators, Stan."
Oh yes, and "world peace".
Don't pet a burning dog.
Protection. Peace. No cobwebs.
